End of year reflections from digital leaders, our team, Mind, autistic meltdowns and the world of content strategy

Every Friday we round up what our team at William Joseph (B Corp) has been sharing from the worlds of brand, digital and beyond (often pet photos!).
We recently ran a retrospective with a range of leaders from different charities and not for profit organisations. Hot topics included user-driven prioritisation, the new era of social media content strategy plus how to embed digital strategies through goal setting:
Following on nicely from much of that conversation, George David Hodgson of Mind has been reflecting on their TikTok content from the last 7 months:
The ever excellent Lauren Pope delves into structured content - why and how to start with it
Brave and insightful from Ray Cooper as always - talking about their autistic meltdowns - and what people can do to be with them through the experience
And double content strategy excellence today as Sarah Winters and the team give some helpful advice to the government to consider on their next information campaign...
Finally, In our fortnightly team retro, we reflected on a longer period than usual. We looked back on everything we've achieved in 2023 including projects with Christians Against Poverty Help Musicians The Film and TV Charity & Paul Hamlyn Foundation . We celebrated team life moments including buying a van, opening a community pub and two new WJ babies. We also thought about our wish lists and new year's resolutions to make next year even better. Hope Santa can deliver both exciting new projects and a sense of calm for 2024!
