End of Year Reflections at L7

It has been an incredible year, largely because of those who have supported us in our development this year.?

?At the beginning of 2022, Charlotte rebranded.

Her new concept - answering how to deliver performance coaching services in a way that fundamentally transforms the well-being of the entire legal department.?

How can we make legal departments the gold standard for a healthy culture, mentorship, and professional growth?

Through research, case studies and content development, Level7 Legal was created.?

Combining coaching, legal operations, and performance management methodologies, we designed a multi-tiered approach to solving the complex problems legal teams face.

This year has been full of major milestones for us at Level7.?

?In January we rebranded and launched the new Level7 Legal homepage.

In February, Charlotte welcomed her second child (a.k.a. Baby CFO).

In March, we launched our case study with Dapper Labs .

In April, we helped Legal Leaders get started with our services.

In May, we welcomed our COO and Co-Founder Marie Widmer to the team.?

In June, we launched our first White Paper , exploring the correlation between tech, innovation, and team culture.?

In July, we put our feet up and enjoyed a vacation!

In August, we launched the Culture of Law Podcast , with various incredible guests!

In September, we attended Legal Geek in London to learn more about the needs of our international client base.?

In October, we launched our Transformation Program and new Client Offerings. Charlotte also spoke at ACC on Harnessing the Superpower of Your Legal Team.

In November, Charlotte spoke at Legal Innovators in London exploring how legal technology and change management can impact personal well-being. Charlotte also was featured on Lawtrades' webinar “How In-House Legal Can Become Better Leaders.”

In December, we launched the 7 Levels Newsletter our FREE Assessment and finalized exciting partnerships and events we can’t wait to announce in 2023!?

We are so grateful for the support of our clients, partners, friends, and family as we explored, ideated, and grew this year. Our passion for helping Legal teams actualize productivity and well-being is taking root.
