The end of the year is always a good time to reflect on what's working and what's not working.
These were the top ten memories of 2022
These are some reflections on areas of opportunity. Noticing how much being in the office sources me. I know a lot of people love working from home, but I really learned the hard way that I need to be in a city like NYC because I get a lot of energy from the hustle, which gives me the motivation to push a bit harder.
2. Going to financial therapy helped me realize the unconscious scripts that going through my mind that are disempowering that I can rewrite.
3. Working with so many coaches helped me gain clarity and what I want. This new stage is my career. By focusing on the foundation everything else will come together.
4. Financial breakdowns and financial breakthroughs. Finances is no longer a huge source of stress for me which is great!

5. People pleasing tendencies are slowly going away.
6. The pandemic really helped me see how unsustainable my lifestyle was, where I was filling every minute of my day with activities which led to burnout some days.
7. I was spending so much money on subscriptions that I cut down on. I was trying to make my life easier, but with everything that I'm investing in ultimately there is something that has to give.
8. Caring so much about other people's opinions. There are just data points. I certainly don't have to listen to anyone if it ultimately doesn't serve me.
9. Tying my identity to work- this year really helped me see that I am not my work; I am so much more and that I get to choose who I want to be in the world from an empty blank canvas.
10. Declaring myself sober and not being so addicted to alcohol, as most of society gives me power over things that do not serve me in life.
