At this years Credit & Collections Technology Awards, IE Hub proudly received The Best Affordability Assessment Solution award. We were recognised as the most effective assessment of Income & Expenditure, which is exactly what we set out to provide.

Over ￡1 Million in extra benefits was identified for IE Hub customers
Since adding benefit checks to the IE Hub platform, the company will highlight to a customer if they are potentially eligible for unclaimed benefits. Helping to improve their customers' financial well-being as well as affordability- increasing their ability to pay outstanding debts.

V12 Vehicle Finance joins the IE Hub Network
We are pleased to announce that V12 Vehicle Finance (powered by Secure Trust Bank ) have now joined our unique Creditor Network. V12 Vehicle Finance have chosen IE Hub as their partner to support customers experiencing financial difficulties to be able to more easily provide their income and expenditure information to them.
The first Citizens Advice to join the IE Hub network
It is our pleasure to welcome Citizens Advice Caerphilly & Blaenau Gwent, who are now part of the IE HUB network! As a fintech for good we want to lend our support to like-minded organisations to help them deliver their services to those in need.
Cyngor ar Bopeth Caerffili Blaenau Gwent /Citizens Advice Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent will now benefit from free access to the IE Hub network, our customer portal and I&E management system, with this they can capture and share budgeting information and highlight additional benefits for their clients. Not only is this the first Citizens Advice to join our network, but with this partnership IE Hub will be used as a preventative measure to help individuals avoid problem debt.

Not one nation, not two nations... but three nations!
Not only is IE Hub supporting clients in England and Wales, but we are also now delivering a Scotland-centric version of IE HUB’s free-to-use income and expenditure tool. This is all thanks to Money Advice Scotland , who spoke about their reasons for partnering with us here.
We are looking forward to being able to improve financial wellbeing for the people of Scotland.

As you can see, IE Hub’s network is growing rapidly. More and more companies are discovering the benefits of our I&E tool. This means that those who are now joining the IE Hub network will benefit from our customer database. If somebody is in debt, chances are they are in debt to 5-7 creditors. If those creditors are a part of the IE Hub network, then they can quickly and easily retrieve I&Es from their customers, bringing significant operational efficiencies and also reducing the burden on consumers and the mental anxiety for those in debt
Therefore, as our network continues to grow, so does the database that our clients have access to.
