End of Qatar/Finnair "strategic alliance": Qatar Airways takes back all flights from Copenhagen, Stockholm

(@newstodate.aero): Finnair will suspend its routes between Stockholm, Copenhagen and Doha from mid-January 2025, following a transformation of the "strategic cooperation" with its oneworld partner Qatar Airways.

??? Finnair's last operating day from Copenhagen and Stockholm will be January 14, and from Doha January 15, 2025. ???

After this, Finnair will keep its presence on the CPH/ARN-DOH route by code-sharing on all of Qatar Airways'? flights, and Qatar Airways will be operating a total of 18 weekly rotations between Doha, Copenhagen and Stockholm with Boeing 787-9 aircraft. ???

This "transformation" axes two of the elements in the much heralded "long-term strategic cooperation" on flights between Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen, and Doha, Qatar, signed by the two oneworld members in September 2022, leaving only the Helsinki-Doha flights operated by Finnair - so far....
