The End of Over Engineered HR?

The trend that is overtaking US companies ( gradually but surely) is now spreading around the world. Companies are walking away from the over structured and  impersonal  annual talent review process and seriously questioning traditional nine box approach for identifying talent.  My discussion at the Conference Board  of Canada with the compensation executives confirmed that  Compensation review process is under consideration to be de-coupled from Talent and Performance Reviews and  is shifting towards a system of ongoing assessment and just in time feedback.  Stay tuned!!
