Showing small gestures of empathy towards others is crucial for everyone. Humanity is a critical trait that people often forget while racing between professional and personal life. Everyone wants to become popular and a leader, but have you ever offered your helping hand to the person sitting next to you or have you ever asked for help when you’re stuck on something? Or, are you too engrossed with your ego to ask for help or give your hand for support? Analyse!!
There is an extremely fine line between attitude and ego. Now you have to decide whether you are before the line or if you have crossed it.
?? ??????’?? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ???????????? “??’?? ???????????? ?????? ?????????? ???? ???? ????????????”. ???? ?????? ???????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ????????, ???????? ?????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????? ???? ???????? ????????. Develop a childlike and humanity within yourself.
Here are five simple steps to start:
- Give help to everyone regardless of their work, religion, gender, etc. Don’t be biased when giving your assistance.
- Never hold back from asking for help forget the concept that asking help shows weakness- this actually shows how grounded you are.
- Leave ego to one side, adopt a positive attitude. The way you present yourself shows a lot about your personality. Make sure you know the difference between a negative and positive attitude.
- Keep your head high, not your nose. ??
- Finally, try to find happiness in each and every moment and everyone you meet, no matter their attitude towards you, because everyone comes into your life in a way or another to teach you something- even your bad boss has something they can teach you, maybe what not to do when you are in a position of power in the future. ??

Cheers have a beautiful day.
