As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had in 2024 and express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made it possible.

To our implementing partner, the Eastern Africa Grain Council, your collaboration has been instrumental in driving impactful programs on the ground.

To the community leaders in Wamunyu, thank you for your trust and guidance as we worked to transform livelihoods.

And to the smallholder farmers, youth, and families we serve, you are the heartbeat of Itanya Africa Group. Your resilience and dedication inspire us every day.

Together, we’ve achieved some remarkable milestones this year:

?? 160 Farmers Trained Equipping smallholder farmers with skills in regenerative agriculture, syntropic agroforestry, and water infrastructure development.

?? 17 Young Men Empowered Trained in constructing and maintaining water pans and employed to build three water pans, creating local jobs and a lasting water solution.

?? 4 Capacity-Building Sessions Held Ensuring every cohort of farmers received hands-on training based on our curriculum to build expertise and confidence.

?? 2.5 Acres of Rehabilitated Land Our demo farm is now a thriving hub for practical learning in regenerative agriculture and agroforestry.

?? 1001 Trees Planted A mix of fruit and wood trees now flourish on our demo farm, showcasing the power of syntropic agroforestry.

?? 33 Vertical Gardens Installed Promoting climate-smart agriculture and improving household food security across the community.
