Oil Pouches Cartoning System is an end to end integrated system to pack quality oil pouches into the carton boxes effortlessly. The integrated system includes 6 product technologies- primary packing, conveying, weighing, case erecting, case packing and case sealing to provide a highly efficient?packaging system.

Challenge to be tackled: To automate and integrate 4 high speed primary packing lines into 2 case packers , 1 case erector and 1 case sealer

Input: 1 litre Oil Pouch

Output: Sealed Carton filled with correct number and weight of pouches

Challenge to Application: Oil pouches from 2 primary packing lines are merged to a common conveyor. Necessary pitch is created between the pouches by high-speed conveyor. Weight of individual pouches is checked for correctness. Four Oil pouches are horizontally stacked, that are picked and placed into the carton, which is formed by the Case Erector machine. Carton is filled with multiple layers of oil pouches. Filled carton is first sealed and then weighed to check for correct case count.
