The End of the Future

After 31 episodes, 33 guests, 18 newsletter editions and a whole lot of fun, it's time to sunset my series The Future in Tech-Powered by LinkedIn Learning .

Last year, I had this crazy idea to run a live stream series at the same time I was doing my regular job here at LinkedIn learning. I had some experience running a live stream with the Original ToolBox and Toolbox talks series of episodes I had done in the past, but I wanted to see if I could operationalize the process and see if I could commit to doing a weekly show.

At the time there was a lot of interest in Artificial Intelligence, and so, although I didn't intend it to, it became a project centered around Artificial Intelligence. I'm unusually introverted and don't have a lot of connections in that space, but thankfully this project picked up some internal support and I was able to get folks like Natalie Pao , Brandi Shailer , Simon St.Laurent , Jennifer Brady and others who found me the most amazing guests.

Having been through all of the show, meeting all the guests and doing all the work, I can surely say that I'm the biggest fan of the show. At times, I felt overwhelmed by the quality of the guests who are the top people in the field of Data and AI. I made some friends along the way and got to learn a ton.
