END OF FEBRUARY ROUND UP

END OF FEBRUARY ROUND UP

Hi, it’s Alex here - Technical & Operations Director for Progen Power.

This week we just wanted to give you all a little update on what we've been up to recently here at Progen HQ

The start of 2023 has been a fantastic one for our company! We've seen a high number of enquiries and confirmed bookings from new clients, which we're thrilled about.

To better serve our client's needs, we added another 10 generators to our hire stock in January. Some of these generators are already out on hire with new clients across the country. These range from 40kva to 300kva and will be deployed this summer.

As part of our commitment to safety, we've been carrying out electrical testing in our warehouse. To date, we've tested over 2700 items, with more to go.

One of our biggest achievements in January was the granting of our Operators License by the Traffic Commissioner. This allows us to operate our own fleet of lorries from our Exeter depot. We're excited to announce that our first crane-equipped lorry will be entering service in March.

Our staff have also been busy upskilling and undertaking training to enhance their capabilities. Various members of our team have already undergone Leadership & Management Training, AutoCad training, Articulated Lorry Training and BS7909 training.

Over the next few weeks, we'll conduct First Aid Refresher training, Defibrillator training, Deep Sea Electronics training, and our annual Lock Out Tag Out and Safe Isolation assessment. These initiatives are designed to ensure the continued safety of everyone working on our equipment.

At Progen Power, we believe that investing in our staff, equipment, and facilities is key to providing our clients with the best possible service. We're looking forward to building on our successes in the coming months and delivering great results for our clients.
