The end of it all.
I don’t know how to say this in a way that seems fair, but I don’t think we truly understand what quality education is.
Let me tell you what I see.
We often imagine people’s last words being something like, “Pursue your dreams with everything in you—it’s all that matters.” But I like to picture someone at the end of their life, reflecting on the dreams they chased, the ones they abandoned because they didn’t seem practical, and the purpose they never fully lived out. And perhaps, in those final moments, their words might be:
“I don’t think we ever really understood what quality education is.”
Because with quality education, no one should struggle to find their purpose, let alone live a life where they never fully express it.
Drawing from the origin of the word education, there’s a deep connection between learning and the process of bringing forth our innate gifts and talents to deploy them to the world as solutions.

That’s what quality education should be about.
Now, let’s pause for a moment and think: What’s the ultimate goal here?
What’s the endgame of organizing educational conferences, addressing educational gaps in communities, or even allocating yearly budgets to schools? Is it only to raise individuals who can excel at their jobs? Or to enable people to read and understand things they couldn’t before?
These outcomes are important, no doubt, but I believe there’s a higher purpose we should aim for.
Every individual should be able to say with confidence: The education I received equipped me with the knowledge and skills I needed to excel in my purpose.
So, if we’re talking about quality education, we should start with the end in mind—the fulfillment of purpose. Because there’s no greater goal worth striving for.
This understanding fuels my mission: To make quality education accessible to everyone—regardless of race, gender, or economic background—so that more people can live in fulfillment, walking confidently in their purpose.
