You can create a meaningful life not just by what you do but also through what you say to others. Yours is not simply to avoid saying wrong things but rather to speak positive, uplifting things to those around you, and even to yourself. How fruitful are your 'lips'? How can you make your speech even more pleasing to the Lord and others?

Look at Paul's admonition to Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:11-16 and Titus 2:7-8 to see what you can learn and then apply. Also, review the passages that speak about Barnabas and see how his purpose was tied to words and deeds that brought encouragement to others, so much so that his nickname was the 'son of encouragement.'
