Encouraging Engagement
Here at SR Apprenticeships, I reach out to prospective employers in a variety of ways.?I’m always keen to learn more about their Apprenticeship requirements, and what we can do to support them. Above all, we want to keep things as simple and rewarding as possible. That’s the key - who wants over-complicated, disjointed guidance and support? Yet frequently hear that employers have had this experience from other providers.?It still surprises me that in my client meetings, many large employers don't realise how much input they can have with their programmes or simply how flexible the apprenticeship standards can be.
A major priority for me is researching and sourcing potential employers whom I feel embrace Apprenticeships and are keen to get involved in creating a programme that is unique and beneficial in its way of learning.
Apprenticeship Standards were created by Employers; therefore, we encourage the Employer’s input to create a bespoke, tailored programme.
I know we offer something unique so I’m keen to share this. As you can imagine many of these calls/emails go unanswered so I endeavour to reach out on a regular basis providing relevant information, educating and demonstrating our knowledge within this sector, whilst giving free guidance and support when required.?It’s about building relationships and making a positive impact!
