An Encounter with a Stranger

Guys sharing some of my recent encounter with a stranger...

Someone ask me how to stand out of the crowd & be more successful.. I tried explaining him in below context and asked few questions before giving my explanation...

 Do you know why it is so important to IDENTIFY what is the most Critical Elements in anything specifically?

1) When you are learning something,

2) When you are performing your responsibilities on jobs

3) When you are creating a business plans or strategies

4) When wanted to deliver something…  

 Well here is the explanation...

You can only be more successful in accomplishing your goal or task:

1) When you are able to identify those key elements that made things happened for you,

2) When you actually understand those minute details & important links which when combined made whole lot difference in your project or business or tasks,

3) When you are able to know the significance of those key elements which contributed in success criteria for your project or business or tasks...

4) When you are able to explain valuable lessons learned from your learning or activity performing…

I further explained him that when you really understand these factors in-dept, you can re-apply, reuse, showcase your ability, and further enhance to make your project/business/task more successful than earlier one...

If you understand the significance of above 4 points you can definitely outperform the rest..
