Enchanted Light

I like many suffer from depression but what it has taught me is that:

When you are deep down in a well of self imposed despair you are forced to your knees and in humility recognise that you have only one way to look, one way to ascend and that is .....

Up and by the light

You are forced to your knees to look up and acknowledge, recognise and climb by the light for it is the only reality there is.

It is the hope, it is the help, it is the way, the truth and the life.

It is the all.
