Encanto from a Founder's Perspective: All of You

This song is all about rebuilding.

I’ll admit, it hasn’t been all sunshine and rainbows since Social Optics was first thought up. We have made a few missteps along the way. (What startup hasn’t?)

But we have a rock-solid leadership team in place. Mirabel says, “the stars don’t shine, they burn.” Similarly, we are burning to deliver on our mission to help teenagers, so they don’t get lost in a system that wasn’t built for them.

Even though our constellations shifted, we are on fire to deliver.

The townspeople rally around the Madrigal family, and all pitch in to help. In the same light, since I joined Social Optics , I have felt an incredible amount of support from those around me – both people that I know and new acquaintances I have met through LinkedIn. The community has truly rallied around us as we build.

It highlights the power of people coming together for the greater good.

Finally, to wrap this series of articles up, I have to say to my co-founder, Carolyn Long, MCD, SLP-CCC :
