Enabling/Disabling FIPS in Windows

I have recently bought a new computer, the first time I download and install XrmToolBox and try to log in, I a pretty cryptic error message. After down some digging and trying different things I have found a solution.

Solution:

1. Type gpedit.msc in Window Search
2. Navigate to

3. Set value to Disabled

Reboot the computer and the problem solved. You can now use XrmToolBox
