Enabling data driven innovation in intelligent waste water management

+ADD's is working to support delivery of the Yorkshire Water's Network Visibility programme and offer you the opportunity to get involved.

The focus is to reduce waste water pollution and in-boundary flooding incidents through enhanced network visibility.

Our goal is to help Yorkshire Water consider their needs and co-design solutions with vendors. The programme will see extensive investment this year in new sensors, telemetry and data driven 'actionable insight tools.

We recognise there is no 'silver bullet' and the right solutions will require suppliers (both existing and new) to collaborate and co-design solutions together. Following an awareness event in December our next two events consider specific aspects of the new solution sets.

Please note the following events are part of the broader initiative to create fresh thinking and perspective on what is possible, better specify requirements and support awareness of supply chain capabilities and offers.

Opportunity 1: Alert Modelling and Prioritisation Challenge - 27/28th March

In collaboration with Digital Catapult Yorkshire +ADD are hosting a 2 day challenge at the Digital Exchange in Bradford.

At the event we will be sharing Yorkshire Waters perceptions of the data driven alert modelling and prioritisation required.  The event will offer diverse operational, environmental and causal data for selected areas and the opportunity for vendors and agencies who consider they have a principal or part solution to demonstrate how their data analytics systems and skills can enable better utilise live data modelling, AI or Machine learning to inform intelligent decision making everyday.

Places are limited to 15 agencies. Go here to learn more and register your interest, or contact [email protected] for more information

Opportunity 2: Optimising Sensor and Telemetry Mix - 22nd-24th of May

Please note a separate 3 day sprint is planned to build collaborative responses and financial business cases for investment in new telemetry infrastructure and sensor combinations to optimise decision tools.

If you would like to join some of the leading lights in infrastructure and utility innovation, IoT sensor and future network developments to build business cases and solutions please contact [email protected], or call us on 0191 313 0009
