Enable Service Now Graph Connector from Microsoft Admin Center

Here are step-by-step instructions for enabling Service Now Graph Connector from Microsoft Admin Center

1) Login to Microsoft Admin Center

2) Go to Settings, navigate to the Search & Intelligence page, and open the DataSource tab.

3) Click "Add Connection" and search for the ServiceNow Knowledge Connector.

4) Select the ServiceNow Knowledge connector and click "Next."

5) To connect the ServiceNow Knowledge Connector, provide the ServiceNow URL, select the Authentication Type (ServiceNow OAuth), and enter the Client ID and Client Secret of the instance.

5) After entering all the details, click Authenticate. A new window will open to complete the ServiceNow authentication.

6) After successful authentication, click Create and wait for the connection status to change to "Ready."
