Enable Column Text Hover

Does the text in a column sometimes exceed its width? In previous Tuesday Training Tips, we've shown you how to adjust column width. However, if you prefer not to change the column's size, you can add a text hover instead. Keep in mind that only those with Application Administrator access can access this tab.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Administration Tab of the report.

2. Expand the Data Grid Entry Column section.

3. Find the row where you want to add hover text.

4. Check the Hover Text field.

5. Save your changes and re-execute the report.

Now, when you review your report, you can hover over the field in the column to read the full text without altering the column's width.
