EMS Industries Ltd recently hosted a series of Open Days at their newly established facilities in Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, marking a significant milestone for the company and the community. Over the course of three days, the event attracted a diverse range of visitors, including esteemed guests such as the local Mayor, councillors and MPs as well as local business people and members of the community. These events provided a unique opportunity for the local community and industry professionals to explore the cutting-edge developments at EMS Industries.


Day 1: Welcoming the Local Community

The first Open Day was dedicated to the local community, emphasising EMS Industries’ commitment to its roots in Staffordshire. Local residents, business representatives, and dignitaries, including local MPs, councillors, and the Mayor, arrived to a warm welcome. The event began with a celebratory glass of Prosecco, setting the stage for an exciting day of celebration of the work put in to grow to a point the move was required, the move itself, and to a bright future.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a central moment, with the Mayor playing a prominent role in officially opening the facility. The parties presence underlined the significance of EMS Industries’ investment in the region and the company’s contribution to the local economy.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a buffet lunch, which offered a relaxed environment for networking and discussions. The event provided a platform for local leaders to engage with EMS staff and learn more about the company’s operations and future plans.

A guided tour of the new facility was the highlight of the day, giving attendees the chance to see the advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment that drive EMS Industries’ success.
