Empty Mind ...is to be desired and to be worked on, to achieve

We have been taught wrong that "Empty Mind is a devil's workshop"

Recall the best moments we have in our in life - at these moments our minds are actually completely empty. 

I suppose all of us have been on roller coaster rides. The exact moment when we experience weightlessness and are at the peak of happiness - the exact time they click our photos :)

Even when we are running or climbing mountains, the actual best moments are when we forget ourselves as a body and our minds are blank.

The next best moments are when we are focused on a single task (be it be personal, business, sports or dance) and work dedicatedly to complete that task. The feeling that we get when we deliver 100% of our mind to a task is just incredible.
