Empowerment through Workforce Development

We are a passionate and committed group, dedicated to helping the unemployed, underemployed, returning citizens, youth, and individuals struggling to enter the workforce. We work with individuals that have the desire to work, but lack the basic skill sets required to obtain an entry level position. These basic skill sets are important to make this life-changing transition. Many lacks the knowledge of work ethic, as perhaps it has never been modeled by family or friends, and many have never experienced anyone telling them, “You can do this” or “You are worthy of a better life.”

Omnicom Workforce Solutions of Dayton, Ohio affords the opportunity and atmosphere to inspire, motivate, and mentor these individuals. One way we do this is through our Career Readiness Workshops, led by our passionate and dynamic facilitators and mentors. We discuss how to deal with CHANGE in work and in life. We create VISION for their future. We identify and focus on their STRENGTHS, and how to leverage them. We define WORK ETHIC and the characteristics employers are looking for in employees. We discuss how to FIND a job and how to KEEP a job.

These individuals are part of our community; they deserve the opportunity to feel empowered, perhaps for the first time in their life. Here’s to making a difference in our community.
