Question 1 - How could someone shift from being soft , sweet & tender to be stone hearted over a misunderstanding, is that normal?

Answer by MKY - It may not normal but that person may had a baggage and it triggered on some thing. Also your definition of misunderstanding can differ and that person too. It depends if there is a pattern by other person who keeps calling each misunderstanding a little misunderstanding. It can be difference of values too.

It sounds to me like you've crossed a not-negotiate boundary - the one you're dismissing as a "misunderstanding". Or, it's possible that she feels that you have and feels threatened.

Question 2 - What does "Inner Work" mean to you?

• To know your strengths
• To embrace your improvement areas
• To be so strong internally that no external force shall make you feel low or disempower and you learn to channelize it.

Question 3 - Have you ever felt that you no longer fit in with the people that surround you (e.g. friends group, work staff member, etc.)? What’s next?

Answer by MKY - May be you grew but they didn't. I have been through it and there was a time I was alone to pursue my goals and have trust in my goals but I chose it as it is as I was aware of myself that what I am doing is ecologically correct. Nonetheless I treated them with respect and still do and eventually I have earned their support and encouragement .

So you shall keep growing and find new like-minded people if you can and even if you don't, its okay. What you can do for current surroundings is to interact less but still interact with quality and genuinely. When I say interact less - it only means if you have found other new people to interact too and manage your time or if interacting with them, affects you in a way which is not empowering. We cannot change people and we shall not. What we can change is our response. Still be same kind loving and respectful to your current surrounding people and live your life too. All the best!
