Happy International Women's Day!

8th March has been always the Day of the Mother for me - since childhood when this was the way to celebrate in socialist Bulgaria.

Just recently I connected energetically, on a soul level, beyond the intellectual comprehension, with the meaning of its original intention - celebrating women's rights to freedom, work, respect and equality in all aspects of life.

I teach in my classes that when we are present and in awareness, we can receive information, knowledge, wisdom, from any possible source: an overheard conversation, a randomly opened book, a synchronistic phone call, a divination card.

In January, I truly indulged myself watching one mocumentary series on Netflix. I was attracted to the story, to the character. And I was wondering what's the deeper message in it - I could not stop myself until I binge watched all episodes.

Last night, I received a "random" message from one of my closest friends, with whom we met five years ago (OMG! was it really so long ago??) in Greece, to lead together a transformational retreat with participants from nine countries.

On one of our first days in Athens, we went to the Acropolis, and I guided us in a Vision Walk meditation. The profound feeling that this was not the first time we had met, but we were connected from past lives, was both overwhelming and humbling.

So, last night, around midnight (we are 11 hours apart, me - in Bulgaria, my friend - in New Zealand), she guided me through a process of healing through compassion in which I had two very strong past life memories come alive.

The first vision, a very familiar one, that has come to me before, was about when I was persecuted as a medicine woman in Medieval Europe.

The second one was new to me - I felt myself in the skin of the protagonist from this Netflix movie. I was a woman lawyer, who was not allowed to practice law in 19th century, to not "disgrace the profession meant for men only".

What are the odds of having this vision on the verge of March 8th?

Things come together, piece by piece, when not expected.

On her turn, my friend invited me to be a guest speaker to her women's circle, to share with them my newest tool - the Vector of Intention, which I created inspired by my martial arts and taoist practices and I have been teaching as a core vehicle of the process Befriend Your Inner Critic.

CELEBRATE yourself - whenever you can, there is always a reason, small or big, for gratitude and celebration.

CLARITY - acknowledge it and savour it, or search for it

COMMIT - to your growth and expansion into abundance: of joy, health, love, prosperity

CHANGE - define the small doable action steps to take for a massive change today

CONFIDENCE - what are you confident about, after having gone through the previous four steps: clarity helps you set a direction and feel empowered to be a creator of your life.
