Empowering Women's Leadership: Celebrating Mother's Day with Purpose

In honor of Mother's Day, Janitri (KRB Foundation) and Royal Global University recently orchestrated a remarkable seminar entitled "Women as Economic Stewards: Leveraging Leadership to Drive Sustainable Growth." This event, held on May 10, 2024, served as a poignant tribute to the profound influence of mothers while delving into the transformative power of women's leadership in fostering sustainable development.

The seminar convened a distinguished panel of speakers, each bringing their unique perspective and expertise to the table. Dr. Pallabi Goswami (PT), Anjuli Chittaranjan, and Ms. Madhu Jain graced the stage with their insights and experiences. Dr. Goswami, Principal of the Physiotherapy Department at PEWS Group of Institutions, illuminated the audience with her expertise on the importance of inclusive leadership in driving organizational success. Anjuli Chittaranjan, Head of Corporate Communication at Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd., shared her thoughts on the role of corporate entities in promoting gender diversity and inclusion as catalysts for innovation. Ms. Madhu Jain, Proprietor & CEO of Madhushree Silk, captivated the audience with her entrepreneurial journey, advocating for policies that uplift and empower women in business.

Moderating the panel was Dr. Aruna Dev Rroy, Dean of Royal Global University, whose guidance ensured that the discussions remained focused and impactful.
