Empowering Women in Leadership at Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton

DOHA, QATAR – September 2024 – Aleph Doha Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton, proudly announces the successful completion of its two-day "Women in Leadership" workshop, designed to inspire and empower its female team members. The workshop aimed to enhance leadership skills, foster confidence, and build resilience, equipping participants to lead with authenticity and strength in today’s dynamic professional landscape.

The immersive program was attended by six team members, representing various levels of the organization, from entry-level roles to management positions. Throughout the workshop, participants gained actionable strategies for leadership, focusing on cultivating a commanding presence, managing relationships, and refining their leadership styles in diverse environments.
