In 2007, Dr. Sharma established G-Kids School, focusing on inclusive education and social empowerment in both urban and suburban areas. The school was just the beginning of her larger mission, which gained more structure in 2022 with the founding of the Ayudhi Care Foundation. Before this, Dr. Sharma's advocacy and educational initiatives, starting in 2009, laid the groundwork for the comprehensive services the foundation provides today, offering crucial support from legal aid to health care.
