Continuing more from yesterday's post as how system fails in India? Please actively participate and let us bring in more awareness.
The transgender card for all government benefits can be obtained at link - https://transgender.dosje.gov.in/Applicant/HomeN/Index
This card is FREE of CHARGE and can be obtained with very minimal documentation.
Diving to more depths into the system? -? The Indian Government Administration recognizes people with various caste , based on religion, where Religion play major role even in Elections and people coming to power.
Whereas when it comes to transgender - There is no further recognition based on their Religion like Hijra, Kinnar, Jogappa, Aravani, Khwaja Sara and so on., They are all termed as Third gender or little more refined, Transgender. This comes to the mind of Indian Administration directly injected from British Administration. This even today, irritates many in the LGBT community.
Hijra, Jogappa, Kinner has evidence to exist over 10 Thousand Years, they follow the God Shiva and Aravani (Sri Krishna Devotees) starting from the end of Mahabharata war, the only ethnicity that exist with later dates. Kwaja Sara belonging to Muslim culture, despite this is considered in Muslim community - it is "Haram".??
Mafia system saw this is a very vulnerable community and very easy to sneak into in lieu of monetary benefits. India’s ethnicity and few religions are now at stake!? They need badly to go through a thorough security check and prove the world who is who?
Black Hole? - I once questioned a Government official, why don't you write identity card as Transman or Transwoman or even their caste and so on, that guy got very irritated, even how to address Transgenders with pronouns, when I used the term "Them" ! He said it is only "Transgender" is the word that is applicable. This was a District Collector (DC)!?
Contributors to building a very wrong society, we can identify here.
DC said, this stems from a landmark Supreme Court ruling in 2014 that legally recognized transgender people as a third gender and directed the government to provide them with various social welfare benefits and protections. I asked him, is this NALSA you are referring to ? he said, yeah.? I then replied to him, it is called - National Legal Services Authority.
It is also considered in India, Transgender is a wrong word, many don't consider themselves to fit into, because there is no respect or people are simply afraid of. The Transgender ID card is meant not for RICH, but for the poor!?

Even I was told by my lawyer at first place before relocating to India, don't apply for this card, it is not for you, you are a PhD holder. Despite me questioning humanity to further, respecting my nation, I obtained this card in 20 days time period, without even looking at my dignity that was prescribed by many. I am a transwoman, not a Transgender by the way these guys say from the Government and have all the national identity cards, pay taxes as a woman, but despite, I applied for this. All these were completely done completely online and not physically. I am one of the 15,480 people who own this identity now!
Indian system fails to explain clearly as why one should take this card? What are their intentions behind? Administrative Service in India fails basics too.?
Transgender activists and organizations have played a crucial role after the NALSA judgement since 2014, in advocating for the rights of transgender individuals, raising awareness, and challenging discriminatory practices.
NALSA judgement was a big move in India and those heroes and true people who fought their life out, a big respect to them. ? At least after 10 years, even not many people recognized this effort to make them consider Human Beings or citizens of India.?
If you have not watched the Jio Cinema “TAALI” and have about 4 hours, do spend your time.? This is also available on YouTube.? Big respect to #Missworld #SushmitaSen to have enacted so well.? The real life heroes I deeply respect on this article are? - Zainab Patel patel #LaxmiNarayanTripathi? #shreegowriSawant #AnjaliLama #ARevathi #MayaSharma and this list goes on.? Let me now concentrate on the content.
83% of the population feel they have a story in them, but when you meet a Transgender, they have story worth at least over 100 books!
When I further questioned with many Transgenders, why Transgenders are not coming forward - Many transgender individuals in India face economic vulnerability due to social exclusion and discrimination in the job market. Economic insecurity can further inhibit their ability to access resources and support services and may discourage them from engaging with the government.
System needs a? overhaul now.? I notice this to be done at both side. We need to go and approach law to frisk for Mafia inside these communities and who loot people mercilessly, evade Taxes.?
Let us explore together how we can work towards “Viksit Bharat”?? We all are about to elect a new Governance and hope they act to work towards better India.?
Underemployment or black collar work or lack of awareness at least now must have zero tolerance.
