Very true. A good mentor not only helps you on professional front. But he/she also prepares you to lead your way in handling g personal situations. It’s not the expertise they offer. They offer the art of handling the situations, making good decisions and how you can pass on the learnings to others who look up to you.

Love this as I myself have seen how much mentorship has transformed me but at the same time the trainee also must be a proactive person to absorb the mentorship attitude and grow himself or herself so that they can deliver their work as fine and perfect as possible .
