SWA enables employees to stop work within and outside their scope and supports them to take corrective action before an accident or injury occurs. This proactive approach is vital for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment and encouraging safe behaviours.

Learning from the Past:

?An analysis of past workplace accidents reveals that many incidents could have been prevented if individuals had spoken up about the unsafe actions they observed. The SWA program underscores the importance of SPEAKING UP, highlighting how one voice can make a significant difference and potentially save lives.

A Culture of Safety:

INSEE has ingrained the "DON’T WALK PAST" practice in its organizational culture. To further strengthen this initiative, we have integrated a degree of accountability and recognition into the process. Every employee has been issued a STOP WORK authorization card, signed by our CEO Jan Kunigk. This card symbolizes top management's commitment to the safety and well-being of our employees and reinforces the trust we place in their judgment and expertise.
