RESONANCE CLIENT NEWS

Hyatt and Gencom reveal the design of the 87-story tower replacing Miami’s Knight Center

Resonance client Miami-based Gencom, along with Hyatt Hotels, has revealed the design of their three-tower project along the Miami River, which would replace the James L. Knight Center. The Miami River Commission considered the plans for the project, now called Miami Riverbridge, earlier this month. In 2020, Resonance was engaged by developer Gencom to craft a story of transformation—one that could help win a city-wide referendum that would make redevelopment possible. We're excited to see the project one step closer to reality.

PLACE STUDY

An inspiring platform aligns economic development, tourism and talent attraction?

Harrisburg is Pennsylvania's capital city, whereas Hershey, “the sweetest place on earth,” is home to one of the country’s largest theme parks. Since aligning these two destinations was critical to improving the region's competitiveness, Visit Hershey Harrisburg engaged Resonance to develop a destination alignment strategy to unify the region under one messaging platform to help attract visitors, talent, and investors.

Through a series of stakeholder interviews, surveys and competitive benchmarking, our team designed a platform around the promise of "live fully" to guide key messaging and effectively unite the two destinations under one unique offering.?
