As we wrap up another week of impactful work, I am compelled to share a highlight that has left a lasting impression on me and many of our colleagues here at Tech One.
Last Monday marked a significant moment for our AI-driven journey as we gathered for our first Co-Pilot experience sharing session my colleagues who have embraced the innovative capabilities of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot.?
This session served as a platform for us to articulate our encounters with Co-Pilot, sharing insights, discoveries, and the myriad ways in which this tool has seamlessly integrated into their daily workflows. Witnessing firsthand the genuine excitement and positive energy, I felt a surge of pride in our collective journey toward embracing cutting-edge technology.

Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot: A game-changer?
Having personally experienced the capabilities of this tool over the past three weeks, I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer in my role as an HR Professional. While I'm still in the process of uncovering all that this tool has to offer, I couldn't wait to share a noteworthy benefit I've discovered so far particularly in the realm of RECRUITMENT.
One of the remarkable features within Co-Pilot that has truly redefined how we approach candidate interactions—the Recap feature.
Microsoft Co-Pilot: My Interview sidekick
My personal approach has always been people-centric recruitment, allowing me to focus on what truly matters – understanding the unique stories and potentials that candidates can bring to the organization.?
Prior co-pilot adoption, the necessity to multitask, taking notes while engaging in conversations with candidates, presented a notable challenge. Taking notes during an interview can make it harder for the interviewer and the candidate to connect. It may lead to a less engaged and natural conversation, affecting the overall candidate experience and the ability to establish a genuine connection.
Now, with co-pilot, the interview dynamic transformed positively. I could fully focus on the candidate without the distraction of note-taking. This led to more engaged and natural conversations, significantly improving the overall candidate experience.?
After interview, another labor-intensive process of going through either the recording or your notes all over again is there, especially when trying to recall specific details or nuances from the conversation. Clearly, this can impact overall efficiency in the recruitment process.?
Microsoft Co-Pilot addresses this challenge by providing a Recap feature that captures key points during the interview. This feature streamlines the review process, making it more efficient and reducing the need to go through extensive recordings or notes. It allows for quicker decision-making and enhances collaboration among interviewers.
Embracing the Future with Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot
As we navigate the evolving landscape of work, I feel proud and happy that I am part of an organization who empower it’s employees to embrace innovation.
The excitement we shared during our Co-Pilot experience sharing session was a great example of how we all work together to move forward. It's a sign that we're on a journey to a future where being creative and trying new things is a big part of who we are. It's a sign of the team's collective commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
