Empowering the Next Generation through DynamX Trainee Programme
With Youth Month coming to an end, the South African Breweries (SAB) is making one final call for entries by aspiring young participants to join the DynamX Trainee Programme. The programme offers a unique opportunity for young graduates to kickstart their professional growth and equip them with the skills and experiences necessary to excel in diverse roles across the brewery.
?
The minimum entry is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification and no more than two years in total of full-time formal working experience before the start of the programme.
?
To give prospective candidates an insight into the diverse opportunities that the programme offers, we asked four employees of SAB - who joined the company as a result of the programme - to share their experiences.

Nilan works as a Revenue Management Specialist for South Africa in the Commercial team of PPM Sales & Revenue. His specialty is managing and analysing SAB’s business discounts and pricing landscape to identify strategic opportunities to optimise revenue growth. He says, “SAB has inspired me to be resilient in the face of adversity, celebrate the small wins and look forward to a future with more cheers. I am a big believer that exceptional leaders inspire purpose and drive ambition, as Steve Jobs once said, ‘Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.’ I’m fortunate to work with a team of people who are among the most passionate young people I’ve met who have come from humble beginnings to become exceptional leaders that inspire purpose and drive ambition.”
