5 个月Ganesh, thank you for the analysis of the Google 20%. However, Googlers will tell you that the 20% tended to be the above and beyond portion of the day, so let's say hours 40-48 in the workweek, not 32 hours of traditional work and 8 hours of innovation. Just my two cents, thanks!
