Introducing the Virginia SMART Manufacturing Accelerator (VSMA) Program

GENEDGE is proud to announce the launch of the Virginia Smart Manufacturing Accelerator (VSMA), a new initiative supported by a $2.6 million award from the DOE Manufacturing & Energy Supply Chains Office. This program aims to enhance the capabilities of Small and Mid-sized Manufacturers (SMMs) in Virginia by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to adopt Industry 4.0 technologies

Working with partners like the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing, Old Dominion University, Virginia Tech, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Virginia State University, VSMA will offer training, workforce development, technical assistance, and implementation roadmaps for Smart Manufacturing.
