True...however post covid the fresh workforce is very strange crop.My personal experience. This is a very curious ?? phenomenon, they ask you every little step....as if the management is chat gpt ,they react very fast on work instructions as if we are whatsapp group members,the time lines on delivery is widest possible giving personal space but no ownership of responsibility comes,so if a word out of your mouth as mentor or manager...you are not cool....or chillzz...or impossible. ....Am I ? Disruption at its best ?? .
