1 个月I always try to remember the coach doesn’t play the game! They DO decide who plays what position, provide necessary equipment, come up with strategic plays, provude practice and training sessions and support from the sidelines on game day. But they don’t play the game. They watch proudly as the players receive their accolades after a win and celebrate with them but they don’t hold up the trophy. This metaphor has really helped me know where I need to focus my efforts as a leader and a good reminder not to micromanage or take credit.
