The volunteer board includes three prominent female leaders: Swati Garg , Parul Bhandari , and Kimberly Renee Knowles .
Success in Black : Founded by Ejieme Eromosele , Success in Black's mission is to support and elevate Black professionals in Customer Success. Success in Black is pioneering a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable landscape in the industry. Their programs and support networks are pivotal in paving the way for future leaders.
Kristi Faltorusso : Kristi has devoted over a decade to transforming Customer Success organizations within B2B hyper-growth SaaS companies. Her extensive experience and leadership have not only created organizational impact but also inspired countless professionals to strive for excellence and innovation. Recently, she shared her insights on ‘How to Exude Confidence in All Engagements and Communication’ at the 'The Talent Lens: Success Magnified' webinar in January .
