Empowering Intelligent Security Operations at iSOC Madrid with Matrox D-Series

At the inauguration of Prosegur ’s Intelligent Security Operations Centre (iSOC), Prosegur showcased their expansive video wall, configured by integrator Cad&Lan using Matrox D-Series graphics cards. This installation marks the first of a global initiative comprising 13 advanced security centers strategically located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Portugal, the United States, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Singapore, and Uruguay.?

iSOC Madrid boasts a team of over 1,200 security professionals with diverse technological expertise. The center serves as the centralized hub for managing the company's extensive array of technologies and tools, overseeing more than 300,000 devices, including cameras, alarms, sensors, biometric identification applications, panic buttons, and home automation centers.??

The video wall, powered by Matrox D-Series graphics cards, is dedicated to monitoring alarms, CCTV signals, intrusion systems, IoT sensors, and data analytics crucial for client security. Iván Molina , Project Sales Manager at Cad&Lan, describes the comprehensive solution, stating it “consists of the installation, configuration, and control of professional monitors and video walls, with different formats in each room. The main Control Room contains a 16x2 ultrawide video wall, powered by a Matrox D-Series-based system, which facilitates daily viewing operations, monitoring, and control of all the video sources they have.”?

The integration of various technologies, including AI, Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data, positions Prosegur’s iSOC Madrid at the forefront of the security landscape. “Various technologies allow Prosegur to digitize their security services, based on CCTV systems, CCAA, Intrusion, IoT sensorization, artificial intelligence, robotics, and more. These technologies collectively facilitate the provision of a hybrid service between traditional physical security and the digitalization of the spaces to be controlled."?
