1 年Thank you for this article. I cried while reading these. I didn’t know there was a name for it. I was able to achieve this to my team often telling them i am not just a lead/ supervisor to tell them what to do but their advocate and campaign to provide them essential tools to do their job and to work with management to make sure they are recognized and compensated fairly. It was work in progress, not an overnight fix but attainable once leaders have matured enough to emphatized and recognized potentials instead of weaknesses among staff. Use that weakness to engage and empower them. Mind you, these leaders have to be matured enough to let go of egos and insecurities that others may surpass them. But also I don’t think organizations are ready for these. They might talk about it , hang posters about programs to promote employee well being but not enough advocacy to enforce. It’s hard if they don’t believe on it. I hope this book will help leaders with these calibers come out into the world and be welcomed cause they are a threat to capitalism.
