VILLA SVEBERG- Project with a view over Trondheim's fjord, Norway

We are proud to be part of the mass timber design revolution, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the construction industry. In our latest project in Norway, a stunning villa with breathtaking views over Trondheim's fjord, we had the opportunity to conduct a thorough static analysis and calculations for the whole structure.

The precision and strength of mass timber allowed us to achieve high-end finishing and exceptional quality for this villa. The use of timber not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution.

We are grateful to have worked closely with our clients, architect Symre ARK, contractor Byggmester Helseth AS, developers Lignatec massivtre AS and Timber Producer?ZüBLIN Timber to bring this project to life. Their collaboration and expertise were instrumental in creating a structure that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings.
