How to find Future Ready Leaders in your Team.

Grooming future leaders is an investment that pays off in the long run.

Effective leadership is works when you as a manager is on leave and when you are back you find NO COMPLAINTS from your team and from stakeholders even your team didn’t need you directly in daily tasks.

  1. Find Potential Leaders: Can use tools like 360 feedback, PMP and Hogan assessments. Observation is the main key to find a future fit leader.
  2. Develop Leadership Skills: Train, Mentor and help them to work on cross functional projects.
  3. Create an Opportunities for Growth: Can rotate the roles and responsibility to develop a diverse skill.
  4. Succession Planning: Review the succession plan of potential leaders and create a backup plan for critical roles.
  5. Promote Open Communication culture, give rewards and recognitions, and support for continuous learnings.
