Empowering the future generation through knowledge and guidance

My interactions with my juniors were genuinely interesting. I took on the obligation of mentoring and imparting my knowledge to my juniors as a senior.They engaged with one other a lot and showed a genuine interest in the world.

I gave them the 5 pillar approach, which consists of CLT, CFC, SCD, IIPC, and SRI. I clearly explained to them the purpose of each pillar and how they must actively participate in the club that each pillar supports.In addition, I explained to them the significance of the 7+7 thrust areas that would support their projects.To learn about the DESIGN THINKING Framework, they were genuinely quite excited. I absolutely enjoyed mentoring my younger students. Knowing something and sharing it are equivalent.

The best platform, called PREPINSTA, was provided to us most importantly by our college. They learned from me how to effectively use the prepinsta platform. They had a lot of curiosity about the spine building, spinex activities, Bitrix, etc.

Last but not least, I said that our institution was the "FIRST INDIAN INSTITUTION TO IMPLEMENT DESIGN THINKING FRAMEWORK."

Our design thinking curriculum made us feel extremely proud, yes.We became aware of our individuality in spite of others, thanks to this curriculum.
