Empowering Communities Through Strategic CSR Implementation

Key CSR Projects Underway

1. Education for All: Bridging the Gap in Digital Literacy In collaboration with 美国计算机科学公司 CSC ACADEMY & SODES Bharat SODES with Capgemini and CSC ACADEMY with UNICEF, we’ve launched several digital literacy initiatives to uplift underprivileged communities. Our UDGI Academy and Cyber Sangani Project have collectively trained over 7,000 students, including women and people with disabilities, in essential computer skills. The results have been transformational—many students have secured jobs or started their own ventures.

2. Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM): Empowering Women’s Health Through our MHM programs, we have partnered with various CSR initiatives to distribute sanitary pads and raise awareness about menstrual hygiene in rural areas. Our Swasthya Sakhi Program is empowering women to become community health leaders, driving positive health outcomes for hundreds of families.

3. Women Empowerment & SHGs: A Sustainable Model Our CSR efforts are heavily focused on empowering women through the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and providing them with training in skills like tailoring, handcrafting, and entrepreneurship. These women are not only becoming financially independent but also contributing to the economic upliftment of their communities.

4. Light-A-Life: Bringing Solar Energy to the Underprivileged Energy access remains a critical challenge in many rural areas. Through the Light-A-Life program, we are distributing solar lamps to communities without reliable electricity. This initiative, supported by Goodera Goonj RenuKiran Welfare Foundation CSR funding, helps improve living conditions, especially for students who can now study after dark.
