Empowering Careers: Essential Skills and Success Stories from our Future Innovators Apprenticeship Program

When we first step into the professional world, we quickly realize how little we know about its practical aspects. This doesn’t mean our institutions are failing to provide the necessary theoretical knowledge; however, there remains a significant gap in practical skills. While the curriculums are extensive, the lack of internship opportunities and industry exposure creates a huge gap. Recognizing this lack, I, Umaima Muzammil , an Associate HR Executive at Shispare, launched the Future Innovators Apprenticeship Program. This program aims to equip last-year students and recent graduates with essential software industry skills.
