Women PowerUP Network - Admin
A global network of individuals where we believe everyone has some unique skill. We just PowerUP!
Who are we?
A global network of individuals who believe that everyone has some unique skill. We just PowerUP! Here’s presenting a group of passionate individuals (of all genders) who are positive, with a make-it-happen and lead-by-example attitude. A peer-to-peer network to support and PowerUP each other! Do I need to be an expert to be a part of this group? NO. We do not need to be experts to PowerUP each other. We just need to be good enough; Good enough to own up to our limitations, be willing to respond to others, and be social and acceptable.

Life – A negotiation? The winner is YOU
They say Life is a negotiation, whether it is your spouse, your kids, your employer, your boss, employee, or peers, it is all a negotiation! Right isn’t it!
Well for me the most prominent negotiation is with oneself. Negotiate with oneself? Wait a moment, what does this mean, and how can we ever negotiate with ourselves. It is about transcending your beliefs, breaking barriers, and emerging better.
Over the years, I have realized that I have four negotiators within myself. They help me to think differently, analyze, and solve problems while building relationships. Let me introduce you to them
1.???Disagree with yourself – The Warrior, battle with me,?disagree with my beliefs to think differently
2.???Dare to dream big – The innovator, always trying to find innovative ways to solve the problem
3.???Analyze and evaluate information – The Thinker, leading by reason, taking informed decisions with the information in hand
4.???Let the heart reign- ?The Lover, keeping relationships in the center, led by emotion. ?Have you been negotiating with yourself lately??Who is the winner? Write to us and let us know here.

"Let us never negotiate out of fear, But let us never fear to negotiate." said J.F.Kennedy. This definitely resonates with the situation where one has to prove their stance for an ideology or a product. What does it take to negotiate? Right data, right fact along with knowledge that is exactly what we have abundantly available in this group!
This July 9th, look forward for a power pack session on negotiation skills by Dr. Mitra Arami. Register here!
We witnessed an amazing session driven under guidance of Meghana Parwate on speed mentoring last month and have an incredible depiction of the event by our Visual thinker?Fernanda Freytes Ramos. Thanks to Franca Ibuzo for the quote and Arunanjali Maria for sharing their valuable thoughts.
Featured in this issue is the book - Say Yes to Project success by Mr. Karthik Ramamurthy and Ms. Sripriya Narayanasamy. It is quite unique in its structure, and has global Amazon ratings of 4.7/5.0.
Quote of the month:?Franca Ibuzo
"The world we are living in is fast and dynamic, where change remains the only constant thing.
To succeed today we must be in a constant state of adaptation – continually learning, unlearning old 'rules' and relearning new ones."
