A global network of individuals where we believe everyone has some unique skill. We just PowerUP!

We consist of a group of passionate individuals (of all genders) who are positive, with make-it-happen and lead-by-example attitudes. A peer-to-peer network to support and PowerUP each other! Do I need to be an expert to be a part of this group? NO. We just need to be good enough. Good enough to own up to our limitations, be willing to respond to others, and be social and acceptable.

This book is a heartfelt exploration of achieving our dreams and goals without succumbing to the stress and suffering that often accompany high ambitions.

Since my adolescence, I felt proud of being responsible, and my family situation encouraged me to make the most of every opportunity. I liked this aspect of myself, but the other side of the coin was my extreme anxiety about achieving my goals, the constant questioning of whether I was truly putting in my best effort. The surprising realization was that this style of paying my way to my goals with worry was more common than I had imagined.

The idea for this book came from my Master's thesis in Psychotherapy, where I studied why people who strive for significant achievements sometimes suffer, despite the context’s positive view of high aspirations. I hypothesized that there must be ways to achieve great things without the accompanying pain. The encouraging results of my findings inspired me to write this book and share a model for achieving excellence with joy and balance.

From Demanding to Excellence offers a new perspective on success, one that values the journey as much as the destination. I believe that the process of reaching your goals could be hard, however, it should be as enriching as the achievements themselves. it's an invitation to find joy and fulfillment in every step of your journey.
