Do you also think that these days between Christmas and New Year's Eve have a special magic?

It's the time when we look back on the old year and look forward to the new one full of hope and confidence. What awaits us? What dreams will come true in the new year? What surprises await us?

I love this special time! And you?

Perhaps your year once again turned out completely different than expected. Did you foresee what would happen? And have you ever thought about what you would give your past self along the way?

Today I invite you to take part in a special reflection exercise: write a letter to yourself from the perspective of the past year. Take a moment to look back and reflect. What has shaped you? What challenges have you overcome? What special moments have touched your heart?

This self-reflection is not only a journey through your memories but also an opportunity to treat yourself with compassion and understanding. Instead of criticizing yourself, remind yourself that you are on a journey of growth.

Who has accompanied you on this journey? What important lessons have you learned? Share these insights with yourself in a letter. Write about what you have achieved, be proud of your successes, and encourage yourself for upcoming challenges and this brings me to the next topic that is close to my heart: your success stories!
